  1. The first thing an electrical engineer would do before starting a project would be to think about what is the purpose why the tool or gadget is being created. Once he has made up his mind as to what the gadget is intended for he then proceeds to the next step which is to make a blueprint or a written plan of the electronics' wiring. Once there is already a working plan for its wiring circuitry the next stage would be to create a prototype of the tool this is to ensure that the gadget will successfully work as intended. Once there is already a prototype for the said tool it then undergoes a series of tests to check its workability as well as its functionality. By testing the product the engineer will know if everything he has designed the product for is working properly. Once there are any alterations needed for the tool he will then concentrate on that to make it perfect.
