JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Key Responsibilities :
Perform intercompany invoicing & intercompany reconciliation
Support General management reporting & other adhoc reporting
Perform other general accounting activities – Salary postings, etc
Co-ordinate with locations & Centre Functions for the reporting & accounting activities
Ensure accurate cost centre & profit centre accounting
Identify errors & deviations and take necessary corrective & preventive actions
PO creation, handling & rectifying errors
I nvoice processing & Verification
Vendor Reconciliations
Resolution of Invoice queries.
Knowledge & Qualifications :
Sound knowledge in accounting
Fresher/ Upto 1 year experience/
Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills
Good communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written
Skills Required :
Good understanding of the various Maersk Business Units
Good understanding of Maersk business units in a country
Good understanding of the overall SAP system
