Education: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations) AND ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Current Title Associate Business Enabler
2. Starting CTC 1,50,000 per annum
3. Probation for 12 months
4. On successful completion of Probation, suitable candidates shall be considered for appraisal after 12 & 18 months respectively.
5. Candidate need to sign a service agreement for 18 months
6. Joining location – Pune and should be flexible to travel across India / abroad
7. Base location may change to NOIDA/HYDERABAD/BANGALORE as required after initial training in Pune
