* Outbound calling – Domestic
* Manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the clients policies and procedures

* Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
* Up-selling of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
* Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
