Responsibilities :
1. Answering calls ( Phone , Emails)
2. Handling customer query &Troubleshooting issues
3. Documenting Cases in ticketing tool
4. Handling Irate Customer
5. Resolve customer issue to their satisfaction
6. Meet SLA / KRA
7. Adhere to Schedules
8. Process Adherence
9. Follow escalation process
10. Company Policy Adherence ( Compliance & Statutory Requirement)
11. Team Player
12. Adhere to Company Policies
Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
1. 10 + 2 / Graduate BSC/BCA pursuing graduation
Basic Skill Set:
1. Basic Computer Knowledge (H/W & Networking)
2. 15 WPM (Words per minute) Typing Speed with Accuracy of 80%
3. Good Communication Skills (On a scale of 1 5, 2-3 minimum)
4. Should be fluent in Hindi communication skills (On a Scale of 15, 3+ minimum)
